Placing An Order
When you are ready to place an order, click on the “Add to Cart” button next to each item you wish to purchase. From the cart, you can procede to checkout or continue shopping. You will have the option to create an account with us that will store your information should you shop with us again however,this is not a requirement. We will send you an email confirming your order once it is received. Please be sure that you enter a correct email address with your order.
Payment
Country Wares gladly accepts PayPal and all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express.
Sales Tax
Country Wares is located in the state of NY, all orders will be charged any applicable sales tax.
Shipping
We utilize USPS for our shipping. You can determine what your shipping & handling fees will be by viewing our chart below. (Items that are shipping direct from the manufacturer may be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex).
Up to $15.00 = $6.95
$15.01 - $30.00 = $7.95
$30.01 - $50.00 = $9.95
$50.01 - $75.00 = $12.45
FREE Shipping on all orders over $75.00!
The above rates are for the 48 contiguous United States only. Hawaii and Alaska will be billed for any actual or additional shipping charges, this also applies to free shipping orders. (We Do NOT Ship Internationally). Rates are subject to change.
Shipping Insurance
At Country Wares we pack as carefully as possible, however, once your package leaves our hands we cannot guarantee that damage will not occur due to handling by the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that we will not be responsible for such damage. So although we do not require you to purchase insurance, we strongly recommend it. You will need to add insurance to your cart prior to checking out. Please Select "Shipping Insurance" in the products column on the left side of any page and follow the directions. Insured orders with damages must be settled by YOU with the shipping carrier.
Returns/Cancellations
We truly hope that you are satisfied with our products when you receive them. If you should decide that you would like to return an item, please contact us immediately to obtain authorization. We do not accept non-authorized returns. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and in its original condition. You will be held responsible to pay the shipping costs on any returned items and you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the items in there original condition your money will be refunded less any shipping and/or restocking fees.
Returns and cancellations of any non-stocked or made to order items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on any custom made to order items, as well as any lighting items where the wires have been modified/cut.
